Terms of Service

The service

PhotoToColoringPage converts uploaded photographs into AI-generated coloring pages and provides PNG and printable PDF downloads. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults who create activities for their families, homeschool groups or classrooms.

Your account and uploads

Keep your account credentials secure. Upload only images you own or are authorized to use and share with our AI provider. Obtain appropriate permission for photos of other people, especially children. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, abusive or privacy-invasive material. Do not attempt to bypass usage controls or interfere with other accounts.

You retain the rights you have in your original photos. You give the service permission to process them to fulfill your conversion request. AI output may change faces or details and may be imperfect. Review each page before sharing it. We do not guarantee exclusive rights to AI output or that every uploaded photo can be converted.

Free plan

You must create an account and sign in before generating a coloring page. Each account receives a one-time trial of 3 successful conversions across all tools. Failed conversions return reserved trial allowance. The trial does not reset daily, on sign-out or in a different browser. Any usage transferred from a former anonymous trial counts toward the same account allowance. Free attempts are also subject to network and service capacity limits; these attempt counters include failures and are separate from successful-page allowances. Do not create multiple accounts or otherwise bypass trial or service limits.

Monthly subscriptions and credits

Monthly plans are Starter ($9.99 USD, 300 credits), Hobby ($19.99 USD, 800 credits), Artist ($39.99 USD, 1,800 credits), and Business ($99.99 USD, 6,000 credits). Each successful photo conversion uses 6 credits. Starter and Hobby allow up to 5 photos per batch; Artist and Business allow up to 20. PNG downloads, single-page A4 / US Letter PDFs, and combined PDFs have no additional credit charge.

A free account receives a one-time trial of 3 successful pages in total. This allowance does not reset daily or stack with a paid subscription. Failed conversions return the reserved allowance or credits. A batch must fit within the account's remaining credits before conversion starts.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Credits are granted after a successful payment, are valid only for that billing period, and expire at its end. Unused credits do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be shown at checkout. Cancel renewal in Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. To change plans, cancel renewal and subscribe to the new plan after the current period ends. Only one paid plan may be purchased while an account has an active paid period. Automated bulk extraction, account sharing and resale of access are not permitted. Technical service and provider rate limits still apply.

Availability and liability

AI processing and download availability depend on third-party services and network conditions. We may change features or suspend access when necessary to maintain the service or address misuse. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and contact

Read the Privacy Policy for how photos and account information are processed. Questions about these terms can be submitted through Support. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be described through the service.
