Who this service is for

PhotoToColoringPage is a tool for adults, including parents, guardians, homeschool educators and teachers. Children should color the printed pages with an adult; they should not create accounts or upload photos themselves.

Information we process

We store your account name, email address, authentication details, subscription records and conversion usage. Your payment provider processes your payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers.

When you start a conversion, your browser resizes the selected image and sends it to our server. Our server uploads the resized image to KIE's temporary file service for photo checks and line-art generation. Original photo bytes are not saved in our application database. We retain temporary provider file references and task identifiers while processing so a conversion can continue after a page refresh. These references are not exposed in the tool's public responses. If you sign in during an upload, a resized copy may be held in your browser's session storage until you return to the editor.

Generated coloring pages and their filenames are stored in your account for preview and downloads. Creating a page requires sign-in, and account downloads require authenticated requests belonging to that account. Use the delete control in My coloring pages to remove an account page and its stored image. Results created under the former anonymous trial remain subject to their original 24-hour expiry and private owner-cookie requirement.

AI processing

KIE and the model providers behind its APIs process uploaded photos and generated responses. The current image model is Nano Banana 2; photo checks also run through KIE. KIE's file-upload documentation describes temporary uploads and time-limited file URLs. It currently refers to both 24-hour and three-day retention periods, so we do not promise immediate deletion or a single exact retention time. Separate provider processing, logs and retention may apply beyond our application storage. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you do not have permission to share with KIE and its model providers.

Service providers and cookies

The service uses infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage, KIE and its model providers for photo checks and image conversion, and the enabled payment provider for subscription billing. Login and preference cookies keep your session and display settings working. Trial usage is stored against your account. We also store a keyed hash of your network address to enforce free conversion attempt limits. New visitors are not issued anonymous trial cookies. A legacy HttpOnly trial cookie, if present, is used to recognize prior trial usage and control access to former anonymous results; its original lifetime is up to one year and we store a hash of its random value. Daily attempt counters expire after two days and are removed during later service activity. If optional analytics are enabled, those providers may process usage information according to their own policies.

We use account information and conversion counts to provide the service, enforce plan allowances, manage billing and answer support requests. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to investigate misuse.

Photos of other people

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Parents and guardians must decide whether to upload photos of their children. Educators must obtain any permissions required by their school and applicable rules before sending students' photos to an AI provider.

Retention and requests

Generated pages remain in your account until you delete them or request account-data deletion. Account, billing and security records may need to be kept for operational or legal reasons. You can update your profile in Settings and download or delete your coloring pages. For an account-data request, open a support ticket.

Updates

This policy may change as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described through the service.
